tenmin.app is a small project run by one person, so the routing for "support" is pretty flat: send a message, get a reply when the maintainer is at a keyboard. Please pick the channel that fits what you're trying to do — it speeds things up enormously.
Bug reports and feature requests
For anything in the service that's misbehaving — a message that won't arrive, a UI glitch, a security concern, an idea for a small improvement — email [email protected] with enough context for us to reproduce the issue:
- Roughly when it happened (a rough timestamp helps us look at logs).
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- The browser and operating system you were using, if relevant.
For security-sensitive reports, mark the subject line [security] and please give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. We will credit you in the fix if you'd like, or keep you anonymous if you'd prefer.
Press, partnerships, and integrations
If you're writing about tenmin.app, building something on top of it, or want to discuss a sponsorship arrangement that doesn't involve us shipping personalised ads at our users, email [email protected] with [press] or [partnership] in the subject line. We answer most of these, though sometimes slowly.
Abuse and takedown
If you believe tenmin.app is being used to receive content that violates our terms of service — illegal material, evasion of a ban, or anything else we said you couldn't do with it — email [email protected] with the relevant inbox ID (the six-character local part of the address), an approximate time, and what you believe is happening. We will look into reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include blocking the inbox, blocking originating senders, or, where required, cooperating with law enforcement.
Because messages are auto-deleted after ten minutes, the timing of an abuse report matters: we generally cannot retroactively investigate the contents of mail that has already expired.
Legal and law enforcement
Formal legal correspondence — DMCA notices, subpoenas, court orders, regulatory requests — should be sent to [email protected]. Please include the relevant case reference and a clear statement of what you are requesting. We will respond as described in our privacy policy; in most cases we will have no responsive records, because the data has already been deleted.
Saying thanks (or saying nothing in particular)
If you just want to say hi, share what you used a disposable inbox for this week, or leave a tip toward keeping the lights on, the easiest way to do all three is at our Buy Me a Coffee page. We read every message, even when we can't reply to all of them.
Response time
We aim to reply to most non-urgent email within a few business days. Security and abuse reports get priority, especially during business hours in Europe/Africa. If something is on fire and you can't reach us via email — for instance the site itself is unreachable and you're trying to flag it — try the Tip button's destination on Buy Me a Coffee; comments there reach us via a separate channel and we will see them.
